By accessing and using LazyPDF (lazy-pdf.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

LazyPDF provides free online PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, watermarking, protecting, unlocking, OCR, and format conversion. Most tools operate entirely within your browser. Some tools require server-side processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LazyPDF only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to process documents that contain illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content of files you process using our tools.

Your Files

For client-side tools, your files remain entirely on your device and we never have access to them. For server-side tools, files are uploaded temporarily for processing and are immediately deleted afterward. We do not store, share, or access the content of your files beyond what is necessary for processing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LazyPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from using our tools will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LazyPDF, its operator, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Intellectual Property

The LazyPDF brand, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of EI Meidy BAFFOU. You retain all rights to your own files and documents processed through our tools.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
